Nutrition Study Program Management Review Meeting for Undergraduate Program September 2025

FIKES UPNVJ - On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM WIB, the Monthly Management Review Meeting (RTM) of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program,  UPN "VETERAN" JAKARTA , was held online via Zoom. The meeting was attended by the Study Program Coordinator, Study Program Secretary, Laboratory Head, lecturers, and administrative and laboratory staff.

The meeting was opened by the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program Coordinator, with the main agenda discussing academic preparation, research, community service, and strengthening program governance. Regarding the Mid-Semester Exam, Course Coordinators were asked to immediately collect questions from the teaching team for review, while the administration team prepared the mid-term exam schedule. During the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) session, lecturers were reminded to complete the simple RPS form and revise documents reviewed by the study program and the Vice Dean I.

In the area of ​​research and community service, the meeting emphasized the importance of monitoring and evaluating research progress reports, as well as resolving outstanding research reports from the previous year. For final-year students, the meeting determined the examiners for proposals and theses and identified students who had not graduated on time to ensure their academic progress. Regarding publications and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), lecturers were asked to immediately report research publications and community service through the provided link.

Preparation for Field Work Practices (PKL) at Community Health Centers and Hospitals was also a focus, including finalizing the names of Clinical Instructors (CI) for inclusion in decrees and certificates, as well as administrative matters such as invoices, reimbursements, contracts, and report revisions. The study program also emphasized the need for curriculum reviews to ensure they align with the program's vision and mission. Furthermore, discussions focused on the mechanism for laboratory collaboration with external parties and the obligation for lecturers to upload English-language materials, videos, and teaching materials to the LeADS platform. Preparation for ISO implementation and accreditation was also a key focus, with the target date for implementation in October. Therefore, all lecturers and staff were expected to be ready to support any documentation required by the ISO team. Meanwhile, regarding remuneration, the June to November schedule for practical courses has been set.

The meeting concluded with instructions for all lecturers and study program staff to support the smooth implementation of the mid-term exams (UTS), complete the RPS (Research Plan) documents, strengthen publications, and ensure the quality of the internship program implementation and curriculum remains up to standards. This document serves as a follow-up to the September 2025 RTM (Research Plan) to maintain optimal governance, academic quality, and research and community service performance.
