The 2025 "Physiotherapy Counseling in the Prevention and Treatment of Injuries in the Padel Sports Community" activity is one of the Physiotherapy Counseling activities for the padel sports community to prevent injuries by providing education on muscle strengthening exercises.

On Friday, August 29, 2025, the activity took place offline at the Athletiqs Airdome, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta City, Jakarta. The event began at 8:00 a.m. WIB. Approximately 10 offline participants from the Padel Sports Community under the auspices of Nakiya Physiotherapy & Wellness Center attended the event. Fathiya Auliya Muthmainnah, an active Physiotherapy student from the Diploma Three Program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, served as the MC. The event began with an opening remark as an introduction that provided a general overview of the purpose of today's activity. Afterward, all members of the padel community were given a warm-up session specifically designed to optimally prepare the body before starting padel activities, in order to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance. Next, a series of comprehensive examinations were conducted to assess the ability and muscle strength of community members, so that each participant's physical condition could be accurately determined. To support the sustainability of the training, we then provided an exercise program that can be done independently at home, with the aim of helping community members continue to improve their muscle strength and endurance, so that their padel playing abilities can continue to develop and be optimal in the long term, while also preventing injuries while playing.
