FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, September 2, 2025 – The Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program (PSGPS) at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta held a Monthly Management Review Meeting (RTM) in preparation for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This meeting discussed several strategic agendas, including strengthening learning, integrating research and community service, and academic and student administration issues.
Regarding learning, lecturers are encouraged to immediately complete academic documents, including the Practical Work Plan (SAP) and RPS (Simple Learning Plan) in SIMPEL, as well as upload teaching materials, references, assignments, quizzes, and videos for Face-to-Face Sessions 1–3. The creation of learning videos is also mandatory as part of the study program's performance targets, while the practical exams for the even semester of 2024/2025 and the odd semester of 2025/2026 will be covered by the SOCA Examination Decree.
In an effort to strengthen the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Excellence), research and community service (Abdimas) results are encouraged to be integrated into the RPS (Research Plan), documented through lecture slides, and published on the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) website. This is expected to enhance scientific dissemination and support research-based learning.
Other important agenda items discussed included the re-implementation of Community Nutrition Management Internships at community health centers, the acceleration of student thesis title finalization, and the implementation of an offline graduation ceremony on September 11, 2025, in the Tanah Airku Hall. The study program also emphasized follow-up measures for inactive students through the issuance of Drop Out (DO) letters and decrees.
Furthermore, a review of the vision, mission, and curriculum has been proposed with the involvement of all parties. Lecturers are asked to revise the BKD (Regional Human Resources Development Agency) based on assessor input and to upload progress reports between September 1–16, 2025.
Through this RTM, the Nutrition Study Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta's Undergraduate Program, affirms its commitment to improving academic quality while ensuring readiness for curriculum implementation and quality learning in the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
