UPNVJ's FIKES Holds Integrity Zone Socialization: Towards Cleaner and Better-Quality Public Services

FIKES UPNVJ - The Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta, held an Integrity Zone Socialization event for all lecturers and educational staff on Monday, August 4, 2025. This event was a strategic step to strengthen the faculty's commitment to improving the quality of public services, good governance, and creating an academic environment free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN).

This event aimed to encourage the entire FIKES UPNVJ academic community to understand the importance of implementing an integrity zone in the institution's operational and service activities. In their remarks, the faculty leaders emphasized that implementing an integrity zone is not merely an administrative requirement but also part of a transformation in work culture and professionalism that must be achieved together. The Vice Dean 3 of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) at UPNVJ, Agustiyawan, SST.FT., M.Fis., Ftr., AIFO, explained the main benefits of implementing an integrity zone within the FIKES at UPNVJ, including:

Improving the quality of public services to be more transparent, accountable, and responsive, thereby strengthening the trust of all stakeholders in FIKES at UPNVJ.

Enhancing the institution's reputation as a campus free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN).

Encouraging efficiency in resource use and optimizing financial management and student resources.

Creating a positive work culture within the faculty, by making lecturers and educational staff role models and change agents in building integrity.
As a commitment to openness and accountability, FIKES at UPNVJ has also developed and operates the "Mister Blowing System," a reporting system accessible through the official FIKES website. This system allows the entire academic community and the public to submit complaints related to integrity, including allegations of bribery and other ethical violations, securely and confidentially.

With this socialization, FIKES UPNVJ hopes to continue to improve the quality of governance and public services based on the principle of integrity, as well as contribute to realizing a higher education institution that is clean, professional, and trusted by the community.
