The 2025 National Seminar on Health Administration and Policy (AKK) "Healthcare for All: Can JKN Survive the Financial Crisis?"

FIKES UPNVJ - The 2025 National Seminar on Health Administration and Policy (AKK) was held online on Saturday, July 12, 2025, via Zoom Meeting from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM WIB. The theme was "Healthcare for All: Can JKN Survive the Financial Crisis?" The seminar aimed to enhance understanding and critical discussion on the sustainability of the National Health Insurance (JKN) system in the face of the financial crisis, as well as to explore innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of healthcare services for all Indonesians.

The 2025 AKK National Seminar lasted six hours and featured one keynote speaker and three other speakers. The Master of Ceremonies (MC) was Ratu Puanurani Anggitya Abdillah, a 2022 Undergraduate Public Health student majoring in Health Administration and Policy (AKK), and Saula Bellatrix Lumbantobing, a student from the Undergraduate Public Health Program, FIKES UPN, moderated the seminar. "Veteran" Jakarta Class of 2022 majoring in Health Administration and Policy (AKK).

The event began with participant registration and a 13-minute pre-test, led by the Master of Ceremonies (MC). This was followed by an opening ceremony, reading of the rules of procedure, a group photo, singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, and a screening of the profile video of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

The session then continued with remarks from the Dean, represented by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems, Mr. Agustiyawan, SST.FT., M.Fis., Ftr., AIFO; the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Ms. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid; and the seminar's chairperson, Putri Octaviani.

Following the remarks, the keynote speaker, Prof. Dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti, M.Sc., Ph.D., introduced the program and presented the material. AAK was represented by Mr. Mohammad Mizmara Alan Falihin, S.Si., M.K.M with the discussion topic "Efficiency vs. Ease of Access: Can JKN Continue to Provide Comprehensive Quality Services?" This session will be followed by the presentation of certificates to the keynote speakers.

Modified by Saula Bellatrix Lumbantobing, speakers 1 through 3 will present their presentations. The session begins with an introduction by the moderator, followed by an introduction and presentation by speaker 1, Prof. Dr. Kemal Nazaruddin Siregar, S.K.M., M.A., Ph.D., Professor of the Department of Population and Biostatistics, on the topic "AI & Big Data in the National Health Insurance (JKN): The Key to Efficiency or a Financial Burden?", followed by a Q&A session and the presentation of speaker 1's certificate.

After speaker 1's session, the second speaker, Apt. Riswandy Wasir, S.Farm., MPH., PhD, will introduce and present his presentation on "The Role of JKN in Ensuring Quality Healthcare for All Levels of Society." Following speaker 2's presentation, an interactive discussion and Q&A session will be held with speaker 2 and the presentation of speaker 2's certificate.

Following this, an ice cream parlor will be held. A 15-minute break followed before moving on to the third presentation. The third presentation was delivered by Inara Perdana Kurnia, a 2022 Undergraduate Public Health student majoring in Health Administration and Policy, on the topic "JKN Today, Our Health Tomorrow: The Role of Students in the SDGs Era." The session was followed by a question-and-answer session and the presentation of certificates to the third speaker.

The closing session and presentation of certificates, moderated by the moderator, concluded with the announcement of the icebreaker winners and the best questioner, as well as the completion of a post-test and a closing evaluation led by the master of ceremonies (MC).
