Village Community Deliberation (MMK I) in RW. 003, Meruyung Village

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the Village Community Deliberation 1 activity was held at the Al Hidayah Mushola, RW. 003 Meruyung, Limo, Depok City, West Java. Village Community Deliberation I (MMK I) is an activity carried out with the aim of opening community nursing practices and fostering a relationship of mutual trust between students and the community as well as to identify health problems that often occur in the RW 003 area of ​​Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City.

The Village Community Deliberation I activity was attended by 8 stakeholders, 3 representatives of the youth aggregate, 5 representatives of the elderly aggregate, 5 representatives of the toddler and school-age children aggregate, 5 representatives of the adult aggregate, 4 representatives of the RT, and 5 cadres who are residents of RW 003 Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City. The event committee consists of active students of the Nursing Profession Study Program class of 2025. Also present were Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., as the Coordinator of the Community and Family Nursing Course of the Nursing Profession Study Program. Also present were Ns. T. Widya Naralia, M.Kep., Sp.Kep., K., Ns. Nourmayansa Vidya A., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., and Ns. Sang Ayu Made A., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom. as representatives of the Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice Supervisors.

The Village Community Deliberation (MMK) 1 activity started at 08.00 which was opened by Zhafira Amanda Az Zahra, S.Kep. and Nabilla Aulia Pratiwi, S.Kep as the Master of Ceremony at this MMK 1 event. After the series of opening sessions were completed, the audience stood up to sing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March. The next activity was the speeches given by several parties, namely the speech from the chairman of the committee by Nurul Madina, S.Kep., the coordinator lecturer of Community and Family Nursing practice by Mr. Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., representative of Community and Family Nursing lecturers by Ns. T. Widya Naralia, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.K., speech from the representative of the Limo District Health Center UPTD by Mrs. Vadhila Rahmadita, A.Md.Kes., speech from the head of RW 003 Meruyung Village Mr. Tasronih, and speech from the Head of Meruyung Village Mr. Asep Suherman, S.E. as well as opening the Community and Family Practice of the Nursing Profession. Next, an introduction and presentation of initial data or regional descriptions were carried out by Chatyla Putri Cika Ayu Setya, S.Kep. and Abraham Junjungan Sitompul, S.Kep. which had been validated by 8 stakeholders present.

The series of activities continued with a group photo and a questionnaire readability test. The questionnaire readability test was carried out on each aggregate and accompanied by Nursing Profession Students as facilitators. The Village Community Deliberation (MMK) 1 activity was closed after the entire series of events were completed and ended with a closing session where a joint prayer was held guided by the MC.

It is hoped that by holding the Village Community Deliberation (MMK) 1 activity, the local community can find out and detect early on health problems found in the RW 003 environment of Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City so that an optimal level of health can be achieved.
