Management Review Meeting of the Nutrition Study Program for the Undergraduate Program, July 2025

FIKES UPNVJ - On Monday, July 28, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. WIB, the Monthly Management Review Meeting of the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program) was held both offline and online via Zoom (for those unable to attend). The Management Review Meeting was attended by the Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program), the Secretary of the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program), the Head of the Nutrition Study Program Laboratory (Undergraduate Program), lecturers from the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program), as well as laboratory and administrative staff. The Monthly Management Review Meeting (RTM) for the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program) was opened by the Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program) and discussed several matters, including lecture preparation, thesis progress, CPL SIM (SIM CPL), and Internal Audit Monitoring (AMI).

Regarding preparations for the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program) will begin on August 18, 2025. This semester will begin with a blended learning model, a combination of offline and online learning, and the opening of bilingual classes for international students. In addition, to address classroom space limitations, the Nutrition Study Program (Undergraduate Program) will implement a combination of classes, including small classes (KK) and large classes (KB). Small classes will be held entirely offline, subject to faculty availability, while large classes will be held online, with a maximum of two face-to-face meetings permitted.

Starting in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, the Nutrition Study Program will accept international students on a fully funded scholarship. They will join Class A. This will be a combined class of Indonesian and international students, with the material delivered bilingually (English and Indonesian).

The deadline for completing the Study Plan Card (KRS) is August 15, 2025, so students are encouraged to seek academic guidance before that date. Regarding UKT Payments: The deadline for payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the odd semester is August 15, 2025.

Students are eligible to take the Final Semester Exam (UAS). Minimum attendance to be eligible is 80% of the total face-to-face learning sessions (14 sessions) and registration in the academic system according to the Student Study Plan (KRS). Furthermore, in preparation for lectures, lecturers are required to complete several academic preparations, including the preparation of a Semester Learning Plan (RPS) no later than August 11, 2025, through the SIMPEL platform. The learning model listed in the RPS must utilize student-centered learning methods, such as Case-Based Learning and/or Project-Based Learning. Regarding video as a learning medium, all lecturers are required to create learning videos for each course (at least one lecturer per course).

Thesis advisors are encouraged to continue mentoring students who have not yet graduated. Thus, the Nutrition Study Program is committed to holding odd semester lectures in 2025/2026 in accordance with the established academic quality standards.
