Public Health Webinar Series: National K3 Webinar "Gen Z vs Everybody in the K3 World (Expectations of Gen Z's Work Ethic: Burden or Adaptation?)"

FIKES UPNVJ - The Public Health Webinar Series activity has been carried out: National Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 on Saturday, July 5, 2025 starting from 08.00 WIB until finished online via the Zoom Meeting and Youtube platforms with approximately 700 participants. The theme of this activity is "Gen Z vs Everybody in the K3 World (Expectations for Gen Z's Work Ethic: Burden or Adaptation?)". This activity aims to gain deeper knowledge regarding the expectations and challenges faced by Gen Z with the previous generation, as well as the role of education in building the K3 generation in the future.

Public Health Webinar Series: National Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 was opened by Nisrina Ananda Wiarfa as the MC of the Public Health Webinar Series: National Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025. Then, the event began with filling in the participant re-registration on the pretest link sent by the committee via Zoom Meeting chat. Next, the FIKES profile video was shown along with a sponsor video from PT Helori. Continued with the opening of the event by the MC, listening to the song Indonesia Raya, the National Defense March, the Public Health March, and the safety induction video. After that, the event rules were read, followed by remarks from Kalya Salmadita as the Chief Executive, remarks by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, namely Mrs. Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid., and remarks from Mrs. Rita Ismail, S.Kp., M.K.M., MTD (HE)., Ph.D. as Vice Dean 1 for Academic Affairs. After the speech, a group photo session was held led by the MC. Next, the MC introduced the event moderator, Mrs. Promisetyaningrum Fitria Nurani, S.K.M., M.P.H., along with the reading of her CV.

The event continued with the reading of the CV and presentation of material by the Keynote Speaker, Mr. Fahrurozi, S.H., M.A. with the topic "The Future of the World of Work: Knitting Intergenerational Collaboration" and continued with a question and answer session, and the awarding of certificates. Then, it continued with the reading of the CV and presentation of material related to "Is Gen Z Ready for the K3 Challenge? Reality in the Field" from the first speaker, Mrs. Onma Titin Haryati, S.K.M., Dipl. OHS., MSc. Tech., CRMP, CRGP., and continued with the awarding of certificates. Then, the reading of the CV and presentation of material by the second speaker, Mr. Dr. Januar Ariyanto, S.K.M., M.Kes., with the topic "Gen Z Ready to Work? The Role of Education in Building the K3 Generation in the Future" and continued with the awarding of certificates.

After the second presentation of the material was completed, it was continued with an ice breaking session to refresh the participants guided by Najma Catri. Furthermore, the reading of CVs and presentation of material by the third speaker with the theme "Gen Z Speak Up: Hopes and Challenges in Facing K3 Culture in the Workplace" by Ulwan Rahman and continued with the awarding of certificates. After the presentation of the material by all speakers was completed, it was continued with a talk show session by the three speakers and continued with a question and answer session with the three speakers guided by the moderator.

Before the closing session, the winners of the essay competition, infographic posters, and health promotion videos were announced as part of the series of Public Health Webinar Series activities: National Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 which was held on May 10–July 05, 2025. Then, it was continued with the announcement of the best questioners during the Public Health Webinar Series activities: National Webinar on Occupational Safety and Health UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025. Finally, the event was closed by the MC and followed by filling out a post-test sent via chat on Zoom Meeting as evaluation material. (AA/ISL)
