FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta – The Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, has held an offline Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 09.00–13.00 WIB. This activity took place in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.
RTM was implemented as a form of evaluation and improvement of coordination of academic and operational activities, especially in the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education which includes education, research, and community service.
The meeting was led directly by the Head of the Nursing Department, Mrs. Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S., and attended by lecturers of the Nursing Department. In this meeting, several strategic agendas were discussed as follows:
Evaluation and equalization of remuneration points
Preparation of accreditation of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program and the Professional Nursing Education Study Program
Preparation of review of the vision and mission of the study program
Preparation of review of the study program curriculum
Preparation of roadmap for research and community service (PkM)
Updating data on the implementation of the lecturer's tridharma related to the Main Performance Indicators (IKU)
Discussion of changes in the organizational structure of departments and study programs
The meeting began with a discussion regarding the equalization of remuneration points for lecturers. Furthermore, a comprehensive discussion was held regarding the preparation of accreditation of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program and the Professional Nursing Education Study Program, including strategic steps that need to be prepared early on.
Other important agendas include initial discussions on the evaluation and alignment of the vision and mission of the study program with current developments, curriculum review plans that support learning outcomes, and adjustments to the research and community service roadmap to support the achievement of the UPNVJ FIKES IKU target.
Through this RTM activity, the Nursing Department is committed to improving coordination and encouraging performance improvements in various aspects, in order to support the achievement of the Nursing Department's strategic goals in a sustainable manner. [LBT]
