Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 2 (MMK 2) in RW 09, Grogol Professional Practice of Community & Family Nursing Nurses, Period 1, Academic Year 2024/2025

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the Village Community Deliberation 2 (MMK 2) activity took place smoothly at the Asy-Syuhada Mosque in RW 09, Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City. Village Community Deliberation 2 is an activity attended by community representatives to discuss community data that has been collected, through questionnaire interviews with residents of RT 01 to RT 04. Then determine the main problems and develop a solution strategy that you want to do to overcome these problems. The purpose of this Village Community Deliberation 2 activity is so that the community is able to recognize health problems in RW 09 so that they can increase awareness of the importance of maintaining health. Then the community can find out the health data that has been collected, after that students can facilitate residents to determine the main problems and steps to solve these main problems. The Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 2 was carried out in order to fulfill the duties of the Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2024.

The Community Deliberation of Village 2 was attended by Mr. Boni as the Head of Grogol Village, Mrs. Feni as the representative of the Limo District Health Center UPTD, and Community and Family Nursing Practice Lecturers, namely Ns. Chandra Tri Wahyudi, M.Kep., M.Kes. and Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, M.Kep, Sp.Kep.K. In addition, the RW 09 Cadre Mothers and community were also present who enthusiastically participated in the Community Deliberation of Village 2.

The Community Deliberation of Village 2 started at 09.00 WIB which was opened by Bidari Mansurotul and Regita Cahya Pebriyanti as the Master of Ceremony. Furthermore, there was a reading of the rules of procedure, as well as singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March. After that, we entered the main event, namely the presentation of material by Anggit Fajar Liani, Sofya Nur Shoumi Nasution, Widiya Astuti, and Trisna Ayu Diah Pasyah regarding the results of data from interviews and questionnaires to residents in RW 09. After the presentation session was completed, a discussion group forum was continued with residents together with facilitators from each aggregate to prepare a POA activity plan. The school-age children's aggregate was led by Eka Dama Kriswandityaningrum, Nabilah Aulia Ansar, and Anggit Fajar Liani; the adolescent age aggregate was led by Wildania Salsabila, Zihan Nurahmawati, and Earlyza Keirani Utomo; the adult age aggregate was led by Bonieta Dwi Lestari, Salma Afina Setyoko, and Nur Alfidah Rezafar; the elderly age aggregate was led by Ruty Erina Damayanti, Nita Caroline Margaretha Pardede, and Hanum Ghossan.

It is expected that by holding the Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 2, the local community can actively participate and work together with students so that the Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice activities can run smoothly until the end. It is expected that the health program can be implemented well so that the health level in Grogol Village can increase. (KAA/MI)
