FIKES UPNVJ - The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Health Sciences held a Business Day and Job Fair 2025 with the theme "ALOHA: Achieve Limitless Opportunities, Harness Abilities" on October 21, 2025, at the Faculty of Health Sciences Field, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This activity aimed to foster interest and a spirit of entrepreneurship among students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, while also introducing the various businesses they own. Furthermore, the event opened up job opportunities for the general public through a Job Fair featuring various companies.
The event was lively with active participation from both students and the general public. Various student performances enlivened the atmosphere, followed by the distribution of Business Day prizes to the 30 best participants/groups. Furthermore, the Booth Exhibition and Business Day Chat activities were also a highlight. Participants were able to interact directly with young entrepreneurs and company representatives in attendance. This is expected to bridge the gap between the academic world and the professional world.
The 2025 Business Day and Job Fair activities began with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, followed by remarks from the Head of the FOHS Project Executive Committee, the Head of the 2025 Business Day and Job Fair Executive Committee, the Head of the Student Executive Board (BEM FIKES), and the Dean of FIKES. The cutting of the tumpeng (rice cone) officially marked the beginning of the 2025 Business Day and Job Fair.
Interestingly, this series of activities also included a Student Creativity Program (PKM) Poster Exhibition. Posters created by students from the Faculty of Health Sciences were displayed throughout the event. This event gave students the opportunity to showcase their ideas, innovations, and research findings that could be developed further. The exhibition also served as a platform to recognize students' creativity and scientific enthusiasm in supporting the advancement of science and entrepreneurship.
The event concluded with a student band performance and a documentation session with all committee members, participants, and invited guests. With the 2025 Business Day and Job Fair, the UPNVJ Student Executive Board (BEM FIKES) demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of student potential in both entrepreneurship and professional careers.
