FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, August 14, 2025 – The Physiotherapy Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, successfully held its annual event, PHYSINTROSESSION 2025. This event served as a welcoming and introductory activity for the new Physiotherapy Study Program class of 2025. The event aimed to strengthen camaraderie, introduce students to the academic environment, and foster motivation in pursuing physiotherapy education.
The series of activities began at 11:30 a.m. with participant mobilization and registration, followed by a break (rest, prayer, and meal) until 12:35 p.m. The event was officially opened by the host with great enthusiasm, followed by the singing of the national anthem Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March to strengthen the students' national identity and patriotism.
Entering the main event, a series of remarks were delivered by various parties. The first remarks were delivered by the Chairperson of the PHYSINTROSESSION 2025 Executive Committee, Diea Aprila, who emphasized the importance of togetherness, adaptation, and enthusiasm for new students as they begin their studies. The next remarks were delivered by the Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO), Lukluatul Bariroh, who emphasized HIMAFI's role as a platform for student self-development and aspirations.
The presentation session continued with sharing sessions from outstanding students, who provided inspiration and motivation to further the new students' enthusiasm for their studies. The event also included an icebreaker, which successfully lightened the mood and fostered interaction among students.
Furthermore, the Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) for the 2025/2026 term presented their work program as a way to introduce the organization and develop student potential.
Furthermore, lecturers and study program leaders also delivered remarks, including: Sri Yani, SST.FT., SPd., M.Si., a lecturer in the Physiotherapy Study Program; Rabia, S.Ft., M.Biomed., Head of the Study Program; and Agustiyawan, SST.Ft., M.Fis., Ftr., AIFO.
The leaders delivered motivational messages, academic guidance, and full support for new students to develop themselves in both academic and non-academic fields.
The event was further enhanced by group cheers led by mentors, adding to the warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. The event continued with a presentation by the Head of the Physiotherapy Study Program, who discussed the vision, mission, and academic activities of the Physiotherapy Study Program. This presentation was followed by an interactive question-and-answer session between new students and the study program.
The event concluded with the sharing of impressions and messages, followed by the distribution of prizes, and the official closing ceremony at 3:55 PM WIB.
