BEM VISIT FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES UPN “VETERAN” JAKARTA X BEM HEALTH POLYTECHNIC OF JAKARTA III YEAR 2025/2026

FIKES UPNVJ - BEM VISIT 2025 is a work program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta FIKES Student Executive Board for the 2025/2026 period, which includes the Media and Information Bureau. The purpose of BEM VISIT 2025 is to build relationships, learn from each other's organizational structures and work programs, and create opportunities for strategic collaboration on a broader scale, thus fostering an exchange of inspiration, organizational learning, and a spirit of productive collaboration among students. The series of BEM VISIT 2025 events is aimed at all members of the Adikarya Action Cabinet of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta FIKES Student Executive Board and all members of the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic Student Executive Board.

The BEM VISIT 2025 event, with the theme BRIGHTS "Bridging Minds and Exchanging Insights," was held offline on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at POLTEKKES Jakarta III, Jl. Melati 2 No. 15, Jatiwarna, Pd. District. Melati, Bekasi City, West Java. The event was hosted by Grace Yohana and Arya Duta Lihanda, the emcees of the BEM VISIT 2025 event. It was attended by 67 participants from the Adikarya Action Cabinet of the Student Executive Board (BEM FIKES) of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 and all members of the BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III.

The event opened with a prayer led by the emcees, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya, the National Defense March, and the Poltekkes III March. The event was followed by documentation and a series of welcoming remarks. The welcoming ceremony was opened by Chantika Aprilia, the Chairperson of the Executive Committee, welcoming all BEM VISIT participants. The event continued with remarks from Ivana Adiba Rahmi, Chairperson of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta FIKES Student Executive Board for the 2025/2026 period, followed by remarks from Fiqri Hakim, Chairperson of the Poltekkes III Student Executive Board. The welcoming ceremony was followed by remarks from Citra Amania Anhar, S.Si., M.Biomed, the Person in Charge of Student Affairs at Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta 3, and a video welcome from Desmawati, SKP., M.Kep., Sp.Mat., Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

The event continued with a profile presentation by the Chairperson of BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III, followed by a profile presentation by the Chairperson of BEM FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event then continued with a 60-minute Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with each bureau or division assigned to a specific area. The next event was a games competition, won by Ichlasul Adzani (1st place), Fitri Indriyani (2nd place), Feby Fahira (3rd place), and Special Champion Alvamuna Khairani. The next event was the presentation of plaques to the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Poltekkes Jakarta III.

The event continued with a documentation session. After the documentation, BEM VISIT participants were instructed to fill in a link to their impressions and messages related to the 2025 BEM VISIT event. The MC concluded the event with a closing ceremony, organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Poltekkes Jakarta III for the 2025/2026 term.
