Studi Banding HISFO UPNVJ X HM FISIO FK UNUD “Reaching Great Journey, Synergy and Upgrade quality of organizational with external relationships”

FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday, August 9, 2025, a comparative study of HISFO UPNVJ X H FISIO FK UNUD was held with the theme "Reaching Great Journey, Synergy and Upgrading the quality of organizational with external relationships." This event was organized by the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The chairperson of this event was Tiara Veronika Surbakti, MC Dewa Ayu Sri Kesuma Wardani and Ni Wayan Maharani Bhakti Putri. This event was held to broaden students' insights regarding organizational activities, build networks and collaboration between the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Faculty of Medicine (HM FISIO FK) of Udayana University, and improve the quality of each organization.

This work program is organized in accordance with work indicators, where students gain off-campus experience. It also aligns with the Tridharma of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi) of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, namely teaching. The work program plan of the Physiotherapy Undergraduate Program Student Association (HISFO), Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 2025, Public Relations and Media Department, and the Articles of Association (Articles of Association) of Physiotherapy Undergraduate Program Student Association (HISFO), Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, for the 2025/2026 period.

The HISFO UPNVJ X H Comparative Study of FISIO, Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, was attended by 100 participants. The participants were all physiotherapy students. The event was opened by the MC at 8:45 a.m. WIB. Participants had already joined by 8:30 a.m. WIB. The MC led a prayer, followed by the Indonesian national anthem, followed by the National Defense March and the FK Unud Hymn.
The hymn was followed by remarks. The first speech was delivered by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, namely Agustiyawan, SST.FT, M.Fis, Ftr, AIFO, then the second by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Study Program of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, namely Mrs. Rabia, S.Ft, M.Biomed, the third by the representative of the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Study Program of Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy Profession, FK Unud, namely Dr. dr. Agung Wiwiek Indrayani, S. Ked., M. Kes., then the fourth speech by the Advisor of HM Physiotherapy FK Unud, namely Govinda Vittala, S.Ft., Ftr., M.Fis., then the fifth speech by the chairman of HISFO, namely Lukluatul Bariroh and the last speech and the one who opened the event was the chairman of HM Physiotherapy FK Unud, namely Ni Komang Triya Darma Cahyani. After listening to the speech, all attendees did a group photo session guided by the MC. This group photo session used two poses: a formal pose and a free pose.

Following the group photo session, the next session was a presentation of the Organizational Grand Design by the Physiotherapy Student Association (HM) of the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, led by Ni Komang Triya Darma Cahyani, the Head of HM FISIO, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This was followed by a Q&A session, followed by a presentation of the Organizational Grand Design by the HISFO of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, led by Lukluatul Bariroh, the Head of HISFO of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The presentation of the Organizational Grand Design covered the organization's vision and mission, management structure, and brief explanations of work programs in each department. This was followed by a Q&A session, followed by a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session, after which the MC explained the FGD mechanism. The session then continued with a question and answer session. After all questions were answered, the MC invited participants to enter the Breakout Room designated by the committee. The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) lasted 30 minutes, with 15 minutes for presentations on the work program and 15 minutes for questions and answers. At approximately 11:55 a.m. WIB, participants were invited to return to the main room.

The next session featured a video profile of the UPNVJ Physiotherapy study program and a video profile of the Udayana University Physiotherapy study program. Following the video profile screening, the MC proceeded to an Ice Breaking session, led by the MC. The MC first explained the Ice Breaking mechanism. After the event concluded, and the MC announced the winner, participants were invited to share their thoughts and impressions of the event. After completing their presentations, participants were invited to fill out an Evaluation Form from the provided link. This was followed by the Certificate and Documentation Awarding session.

With the entire event concluded, the MC closed the event and reminded participants to register their attendance using the link provided by the committee. Participants are allowed to leave the Zoom room after filling in the attendance link.
