ORAL PRESENTATION CALL FOR PAPER SEMINAR NASIONAL KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UPN “VETERAN” JAKARTA 2025

FIKES UPNVJ - The Call for Paper of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta National Public Health Seminar has been held online on September 21, 2025 through the Zoom Meeting platform. This event has a theme, namely “When Safety Meets Disruption: Time to Rethink OSH for the Future Work”.. The purpose of this activity is to provide a forum and opportunity for all involved to develop potential and improve skills in producing scientific work. In addition, the Call for Paper activity also aimsto collect interesting and solutive ideas from Call for Paper participants whose scientific writing will then be published in the form of ISSN Proceedings and indexed by Google Scholar, providing oppurtunities for writers, researchers, academics, practitioners, and students to publish their scientific work, increase knowledge and insights related to Public Health, and provide discussion space related to the health sector from small things to a big thing that is being discussed.

The Call for Paper event of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 National Public Health Seminar began with a series of Technical Meetings held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 19.30—20.40 WIB online through the Zoom Meeting platform. The event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Diandra Rezkia. The event began with an opening and a group photos. After that, it continued with reading of the rules, mechanisms, and regulations, for participants in the Call for Paper of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 National Public Health Seminar and a question and answer session. Then, it is closed by the MC by filling in the evaluation link.

The agenda after the Technical Meeting was the Oral Presentation of the Call for Paper participants of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 National Public Health Seminar which will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 08.30—11.15 WIB. The event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Innes Oktaviyani. The event began with an opening and prayer reading followed by reading the rules and taking a group photo. Then listen to the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara. After that, remarks by Azzahra Athyahanna Harahap  as Chief Executive of the Call for Paper National Seminar on Public Health UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025, remarks by Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi as Chairman of HMKM UPNVJ, and Mr. Agung Raharjo, S.K.M., M.K.K.K. as the Coordinating Representative of the Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.

Furthermore, the MC read the CV of the Call for Paper Moderator of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 National Public Health Seminar, there were 3 moderators divided into 3 different breakout rooms. The moderator of breakout room 1, namely Nadila Awalia Fitri  with the topic of Occupational Safety and Health and Health Communication and Promotion as an active student of the Public HealthStudy Program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Undergraduate Program class of 2022. Followed by the moderator of breakout room 2, namely Nadia Nugrahani with the topics of Environmental Health and Reproductive Health as an active student of the Public Health Study Program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Undergraduate Program class of 2022. Next, the moderator of breakout room 3, namely Annisa Agustiani with the topics of Public Health Nutrition, Public Health Epidemiology and Surveillance, and Health Administration and Policy as an active student of the Public Health Study Program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Undergraduate Program class of 2022.

After reading the CV of the moderator of the Call for Paper UPN "Veteran" Jakarta National Public Health Seminar 2025 by the MC, the next event was the mobilization of participants and audiences to the breakout room according to the topic of the paper. Then, the moderator reads the reviewer's CV in each breakout room. These reviewer included Ms. Dr. Suparni, S.T., M.K.K.K. (Occupational Safety and Health), Ms. Adelia Suryani, SKM., M.K.M. (Health Communication and Promotion), Mr. Muhammad Fadli Ramadhansyah, SKM, M.Kes. (Environmental Health), Ms. Dr. Laily Hanifah, SKM, M.Kes (Reproductive Health), Ms. Dr. Apriningsih, MKM (Public Health Nutrition), Ms. Ulya Qoulan Karima, SKM, M.Epid (Epidemiology and Public Health Surveillance), and Ms. Dr. Putri Permatasari, SKM., M.K.M. (Health Administration and Policy). Furthermore, after reading the reviewers' CVs in each room, followed by the Oral Presentation of the participants of the Call for Paper of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025 National Public Health Seminar as well as responses and questions and answers by the audience, participants, moderators and reviewers. Then, mobilize back to the main room. The event was closed by filling in the evaluation link.
