The activity began with a pre-test to assess participants' initial knowledge of the risk of falls and the importance of balance training. This was followed by educational presentations by physiotherapy students on:

Common causes of falls in the elderly

Potential impacts

Prevention through balance training

The enthusiasm of the grandparents for participating in this activity was very high, as evidenced by their enthusiasm while exercising together and interacting with the students. The students hope that through this activity, the seniors at the Sasana Tresna Werdha RIA Pembangunan will become more aware of the importance of maintaining balance and good posture in preventing the risk of falls. Furthermore, this activity also provided a platform for the physiotherapy students to apply the knowledge they have gained in college to direct community service.
