FIKES UPNVJ - On Tuesday, May 21 2024, a PHYSICAL EXAMINATION was carried out at the SWORD SPORTS COMMUNITY (STREET WORKOUT DEPOK). This examination was carried out by Class B Active Physiotherapy Students Class of 2023, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The chairman of this examination was Vidia Ayu Wulandari whose members were Zaskia Anisa Salsabila, Hanifatu Sania Kahfi, Zalfa Zahira Firmansyah, Angelica Victory Zefanya, and Kevin Augustora Sitompul, Lecturer Mrs. Rabia, as well as the respondents.
This examination was attended by 16 respondents. The respondents who attended this examination were members of the SWORD community. Before starting the examination, the respondents were asked to gather to be given guidance by the group leader and Mrs. Rabia. The examination began after all respondents were given direction and knew what this activity would involve.
After the briefing was carried out, respondents were given 3 pieces of paper containing the type of examination that would be carried out as well as the results of checking the TTV (Vital Signs) and the respondents could immediately start the examination by going to 3 posts, where each post had a different examination, at the first post there was an isometric examination. core, then at the second post there is a mobility check and in the third there is a handgrip check.
Then, after the examination was carried out in a conducive manner, the respondents were asked to gather again for closing and were given a little material about the benefits of the activities that had just been carried out by the group leader and Mrs. Rabia. After being given the material, the respondents and the implementers held a joint documentation session and were given a small gift to the community by the group leader.
