Project Mitigasi Kesehatan Matra "Kesiapsiagaan dan Evakuasi Bencana Gempa Bumi"

FIKES UPNVJ - On Tuesday, April 23 2024 at 10.00 WIB, disaster mitigation activities took place with the theme "Earthquake Disaster Preparedness and Evacuation" located at the At-Taqwa Mosque RT 04/03 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City by Program Students The Class of 2022 Nursing Professional Study consists of 5 people, namely Nida Alhaq, Angga Bhakti Samudra, Subagja Dwi Permana, Ailsa Dzakiyah Dzahabiyah H, and Shyawmi Irdianti. Disaster mitigation activities are activities that aim to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills by conducting community education and demonstrations related to earthquake preparedness and evacuation in the community in RT 04 RW 06 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City.

This disaster mitigation activity was attended and participated in by Ns. Laksita Barbara, S.Kep., M.N as the supervisor of the Matra course, Mrs. Herlina as head of the RT and Head of the RT 04 posyandu cadre, residents of RT 04/RW 03 Limo Subdistrict, as well as Nursing Students of the UPN Veteran Jakarta Nurse Professional Program who are not can be mentioned one by one.

The event began with blood pressure, blood sugar and uric acid checks before the activity started as well as completing a pre-test. This disaster mitigation activity started at 10.00 WIB and was opened by Shyawmi Irdianti as and Ailsa Dzakiyah Dzahabiyah Master of Ceremony and speaker. This disaster mitigation activity contains a presentation regarding the definition of an earthquake, earthquake classification, the impact of an earthquake, the definition of earthquake mitigation, the objectives of earthquake mitigation, and strategies for implementing earthquake mitigation. After the presentation of the material, there was a demonstration regarding what to do when an earthquake occurs. After the presentation of the material and demonstration, the community completed the post-test. This earthquake mitigation activity was closed by reading prayers and taking photos together.

It is hoped that with this disaster mitigation activity, community knowledge, attitudes and skills regarding preparedness and evacuation for earthquake disasters can increase and can be applied if one day a disaster occurs in the area.
