Schedule for filling out the Odd Semester Study Plan Card (KRS) FY 2024/2025

FIKES UPNVJ - That in accordance with the Academic Calendar of UPN Veteran Jakarta FY.2024/2025, and in the context of orderly administrative and academic registration / online completion of Study Plan Cards (KRS) is hereby conveyed as follows:

Odd semester lectures for FY 2024/2025 start on August 19 and end December 21 2024;
UKT payment / registration starts from 08 July to 02 August 2024;
KRS Filling Schedule from 01 to 16 August 2024 with traffic (attached);
Academic Supervisors will provide guidance from 01 to 16 August 2024 (academic guidance schedule is regulated by the faculty);
Academic Supervisors are required to unlock the KRS filling key no later than H-1 of the KRS filling schedule, and validate the KRS according to their faculty's traffic schedule;
Application for Academic Leave no later than August 3 2024;
Students can print Permanent Study Cards (KST) independently starting August 22 2024;
If there is a change to the KRS, it will be implemented in the second week, 26 to 30 August 2024;
KRS scheduling information will be uploaded on the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta page for students to know; And
If there are changes/problems in filling out the KRS, they must be coordinated with the UPT Team. T.I.K. and the Academic Section of the AKPK Bureau.
