This program aims to increase public understanding of the importance of digitalizing health services, especially through the use of the JKN Mobile Application. The series of activities began with a pre-test to assess participants' initial knowledge, followed by an explanation of the vision, mission, and benefits of Mobile JKN, a digital innovation by BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare Provider Agency) that facilitates access to health information and services. Participants were also provided with video tutorials and simulations of the application, allowing them to directly practice downloading, registering, and operating key features, such as online health consultations, managing premium payments, accessing health service history, and booking a health facility queue. Participants were also introduced to available promotive and preventive features, such as healthy lifestyle tips, disease risk questionnaires, and real-time hospital bed availability information. A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session was held to directly interact with residents about the mobile JKN application.

The activity concluded with a post-test to gauge participants' understanding of the material. Residents and cadres expressed their high appreciation for the implementation of this activity, as they found it highly beneficial and relevant to their daily needs, particularly in facilitating access to BPJS Kesehatan services without having to visit the office in person. Through synergy between lecturers and students, this Community Service Program (Abdimas) is expected to empower the community to become more independent, digitally literate in the health sector, and become pioneers in the use of technology-based health services. Furthermore, this activity is expected to encourage the creation of a smart, healthy, and prosperous society.
