The activity concluded with instructions for participants to begin using the app independently, so that in the next phase, they would be better prepared to practice operating Mobile JKN's features in greater depth. This initial phase is expected to provide valuable knowledge for the community to improve their digital literacy in the health sector and familiarize themselves with technology-based services.
