FIKES UPNVJ - The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, held the 2025 IDEA (Innovation, Development, Expression, and Action) Student Creativity Program Seminar with the theme "From Inspiration to Creation, From Creation to Action," online via Zoom. The 2025 IDEA PKM Seminar is an annual program that provides a platform for students to enhance their understanding and develop their skills in developing PKM proposals, as well as increasing student participation in PKM 2025.
The 2025 IDEA PKM Seminar was held on October 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM WIB. The event began at 9:00 AM WIB with participant registration via the attendance link, followed by an opening session and a reading of the event rundown and rules of procedure. The opening ceremony was moderated by Adzra Nabilah Widyatama, Master of Ceremonies (MC).
The next activity was the singing of the Indonesian National Anthem and the National Defense March, which was attended by all committee members and participants present at the Zoom meeting. The event then continued with remarks from the Chairperson of the 2025 IDEA PKM Seminar, Saffana Urfa Setiawan, followed by remarks from the Chairperson of the FIKES Student Executive Board, Ivana Adiba Rahmi, and finally, remarks from the Vice Dean III, Mr. Agustyawan, SST.FT., M.FIs, FTR, AIFO.
The series of activities continued with a documentation session for all committee members, participants, and speakers, moderated by MC Adzra and the documentation division committee. This was followed by the reading of the Moderator's CV by the MC, followed by the presentation of the material from the first and second speakers, then moderated by Alya Tsabitahhaq Putri Aditya as moderator.
The next activity was a presentation of material sharing experiences by speakers who successfully made it to the funding stage. The first speaker was Mr. Redinal Radinal Setyadinsa, S.Pd., M.T.I., the PKM supervisor who successfully guided the team to the funding stage. The moderator then presented a conclusion. The second speaker, Antonius Gunawan, a Nutrition undergraduate student who has successfully advanced to the funding stage twice, provided tips and tricks for participating in PKM, and the moderator drew conclusions.
The event continued with a Q&A session led by the moderator. A total of four questions were submitted via a Google Form link. These questions were answered by the first and second speakers, Mr. Radinal and Mr. Antonius. The moderator then drew conclusions.
The event then continued with presentations and guidance on the 2025 PKM proposals, led by the moderator. Two proposals were selected for review by Mr. Radinal and Mr. Antonius. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates as a token of appreciation to the two speakers, Mr. Radinal and Mr. Antonius.
The event concluded with closing statements by Mr. Radinal and Mr. Antonius, moderated by the moderator. The closing statements included the hope of both speakers for students to participate more actively in PKM 2025. The event then concluded and was guided by the MC with the presentation of certificates to the moderator as a form of appreciation. Thus, the series of activities of the PKM IDEA 2025 Seminar officially closed. Through this PKM IDEA 2025 Seminar, it is hoped that it can foster an innovative and collaborative spirit among students so that they are able to contribute to PKM 2025. (SYA/IDF)
