FIKES UPNVJ - The Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta , held a socialization event for the use of the Safe Exam Browser (SEB), which will be used for the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) on Friday, October 3, 2025. The event was moderated by Rita Ismail, S.Kp., M.K.M., MTD (HE)., Ph.D., Vice Dean 1 for Academic Affairs. The event was attended by new students from the 2025 intake of the FIKES UPNVJ master's, bachelor's, and diploma programs.
This socialization activity aimed to increase students' understanding of the use of SEB, the official application used for online exams at FIKES UPNVJ. Through SEB, it is hoped that exams will be conducted safely, orderly, and effectively, while upholding academic integrity. The event was led by Ms. Rita Ismail, S.Kp., M.K.M., MTD (HE)., Ph.D. provided a comprehensive explanation of installation procedures, system configuration, and proper use of the SEB. He also emphasized the importance of student preparedness for the digital transformation in education, particularly in technology-based academic evaluation systems. The session was conducted in both Indonesian and English to facilitate international students at the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UPNVJ. Ananda Rizkiati Ramadhani, a FIKES UPNVJ student, shared her experience using SEB.
The session proceeded smoothly and interactively. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm through discussions and a question-and-answer session addressing various technical challenges related to using SEB. Through this activity, it is hoped that all FIKES UPNVJ students will understand and be able to effectively use SEB to support high-quality, transparent, and integrated exam implementation.
