The event began with an official opening by the Dean of FIKES UPNVJ, who emphasized the importance of synergy between educational institutions and the healthcare sector to improve the quality and competitiveness of nursing graduates in the workforce.

RSPI, as a strategic partner, presented its company profile, introducing its vision, mission, and career opportunities for graduates. Following the institutional introduction session, the selection process continued with a psychological assessment and interviews designed to assess graduates' readiness, competency, and suitability for the hospital's needs. The RSPI (Indonesian Hospital for Nursing) expressed its gratitude for the excellent collaboration between the Faculty of Health Sciences and RSPI. The quality of hospital services is greatly influenced by the quality of graduates from the initial stages of the process.

The recruitment process was conducted enthusiastically, with 67 graduates of the Nursing Profession Program (FIKES) from UPNVJ participating. The presence of these graduates demonstrates a strong commitment to taking advantage of the job opportunities provided through this strategic collaboration. Through this activity, UPNVJ hopes to accelerate the absorption of graduates into the workforce while also fostering ongoing collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to support the improvement of the quality of nursing services in Indonesia.
