HIMAGI : AEROLIM “From Motion to Creation: Building a Healthier Future Through Active Living and Nutritious Innovation”

FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, September 12, 2025 – With pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta has held the Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 activity with the theme "From Motion to Creation: Building a Healthier Future Through Active Living and Nutritious Innovation" on Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Field of the Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta. Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 is a work program of the Division of Creation, Arts, and Sports (Kreasor) with activities in the form of group exercise, health checks, and art performances attended by students of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta and the wider community. The 2025 Aerobics at Limo (AEROLIM) event is expected to raise awareness among undergraduate Nutrition students in the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and the wider community about adopting a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

The 2025 Aerobics at Limo (AEROLIM) event consisted of a series of activities, beginning with participant registration, followed by an opening ceremony by Yehezkiel Firman Anugerah and Jasmine Putri Hermawan as Masters of Ceremony, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya, the National Defense March, and the UPN "Veteran" March. This was followed by remarks by Prof. Dr. Ir. Netti Herawati, M.Si., Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, followed by group exercise and a documentation session. The event continued with remarks by Andrian Maulana Sungsang Widisantosa, the Chairperson of the 2025 Aerobics at Limo (AEROLIM) Committee, Naila Zahwa, Chairperson of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2024/2025 period, and Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, Drs., M.A. Comm. as the Rector of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, and Mr. Nanang Nasrulloh, S.T.P., M.SI. as the Coordinator Representative of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. The next activity was the announcement of the best gymnast and a live music performance. Then, participants were invited to visit the nutripreneur booth, the Nutrition Creativity and Art (NUCA) and Nutrition Skill Enhancement and Exploration (NURISE) artwork booths, the health check booth, and the photo booth available on the field. The activity continued with traditional dance performances, modern dance, the announcement of door prize winners, a flash mob, and ended with a closing by the Master of Ceremony.
