FIKES UPNVJ – The National Physiotherapy Seminar (Physiovation II) was held by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, on Saturday, August 30, 2025. It was held offline in the 8th Floor Auditorium, MERCe Building, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The theme was "Soft Skills in Healthcare: The Pillars of Communication, Empathy, and Professional Ethics."
The 2025 National Physiotherapy Seminar (Physiovation II) is a work program organized by the Department of Science and Technology. It aims to increase knowledge and insight into physiotherapy, serve as a means or platform for strengthening relationships among students, and serve as a platform for improving student competency. The event took the form of a seminar, accompanied by material presentations and a question-and-answer session.
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the event took place offline in the 8th Floor Auditorium, MERCe Building, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event ran from 8:00 AM to 2:05 PM WIB. Approximately 102 offline participants, both internal and external students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, attended the event. The event was hosted by Neva Victoria Alexandra and Najwa Ramadhani Setiansyah, both active Physiotherapy students from the Diploma Three Program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Class of 2024.
The event began with participant registration, an opening by the MC, a reading of the rules of procedure, the singing of Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, remarks by the Chairperson of the Committee, Arriva Rezkianugra Riosant, remarks by the Vice Chair of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, remarks by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation at the Faculty of Health Sciences, and remarks by the Head of the Physiotherapy Study Program of the Diploma Three Program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event continued with a group photo session, the reading of the moderator's CV by the MC, the handover of the MC to the moderator, the reading of the first speaker's CV by the moderator, and the presentation of the material. by Speaker I, sharing session by Speaker I, Q&A session by Speaker I, presentation of a plaque to Speaker I, icebreaker and prize presentation, and lunch break.
This was followed by the reading of Speaker II's CV, presentation of material by Speaker II, sharing session by Speaker II, Q&A session by Speaker II, presentation of a plaque to Speaker II, handover of the event by the moderator to the MC, announcement and distribution of door prizes, completion of the survey link and attendance, and finally, closing by the MC.
The purpose of the National Physiotherapy Seminar (Physiovation II) is to broaden the Physiotherapy Study Program, specifically the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, as a platform for health promotion. It also provides participants with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the important role of soft and hard skills, such as manual dexterity, diagnosis, effective communication, empathy, and professional ethics in clinical patient care, both in musculoskeletal and cardiovascular physiotherapy.
