FIKES UPNVJ - The Physiotherapy Study Program, Diploma Three Program, FIKES UPN Veteran Jakarta conducted an internal quality audit on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta. The implementation of this internal quality audit was attended by the Auditor Team (Mrs. Dr.dr. Maria Selvester Thadeus, M.Biomed., SpKKL and Ir Fajar Rahayu Ikhwanul S.T, M.T.), Vice Dean for Academic Affairs (Rita Ismail, SKP.M.KM. MTD (HE), Ph.D), Vice Dean for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs (Sugianto, SE, MM), Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation (Agustiyawan, S.ST.FT, Ftr., M.Fis), Chair of GKM FIKES UPNVJ (Dr. Lusyta Puri Ardhiyanti, S.St., M.Kes), Chair of the Department of Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Public Health (Dr. Sri Yani, SST.FT., M.Si), Head of the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Study Program (Rabia, S.Ft., M.Biomed), Chair of the Undergraduate Program Study Program Development Team (Kiki Rezki Faradillah, S.Ft., Physio., M.Biomed) and the Head of the Diploma Three Program Development Team (Fidyatul Nazhira, S.Fis., Ftr., M.Fis.), the Head of the Laboratory (Heri Wibisono, M.Si), the Quality Control Group (GKM) for undergraduate and diploma three programs, and Physiotherapy lecturers from the Bachelor and Diploma Three Programs.

The event was opened by the Head of the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program, Mona Oktarina, S.Ft., Ftr., M.Biomed. The event began with a presentation of the 2024 AMI results and follow-up actions taken. Following the presentation, the auditors posed several questions and clarified questions based on the assessment rubric, which were then responded to by the auditees from the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Study Program. Some minor findings by the auditors included the absence of a decree for the question review team, the lack of approval of the question preparation and validation guidelines, the absence of a decree establishing a safety unit and job descriptions for student safety, and the lack of documentation for staff needs analysis and formation decrees. The findings will be followed up within one week of the AMI activity. Overall, the activity proceeded smoothly and was officially closed at noon by the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Study Program Coordinator, Ms. Mona Oktarina.
