FIKES UPNVJ - The Public Health Study Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. This activity took place offline in the FIKES UPNVJ Meeting Room, attended by the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance (WD 2), Mr. Sugianto SE., Study Program Coordinator, Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, and all Lecturers of the Public Health Study Program Undergraduate Program

This meeting is a routine agenda that aims to evaluate and plan various aspects of academic and non-academic implementation within the scope of the Public Health Study Program. The main topics discussed in this RTM include: Preparation for the Final Thesis Defense for Even Semester 2024/2025, Technical Placement Test Activities, preparation for PBL 1,2, and 3, Advokesma Reports, and Others. This RTM was attended by the Vice Dean II of FIKES UPNVJ who conveyed important information that, based on the latest policies and regulations of the university, the position of Secretary of Study Program will be structurally eliminated, while the position of Head of Department can be maintained if there are at least three study programs in one department. This adjustment was made in order to simplify and make the academic organizational structure more efficient, as well as to adjust to national higher education regulations. The duties and responsibilities previously attached to these positions will be transferred according to applicable provisions.

During the activity, the discussion went smoothly and dynamically. All lecturers present showed active participation in providing input, critical views, and constructive solutions for the development of the study program in the future. Through this RTM, the UPNVJ Public Health Study Program emphasized its commitment to improving the quality of education and services to students, in line with UPNVJ's vision as a superior and globally competitive national defense university.
