FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, June 17, 2025 – The Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) attended by the Head of the Department and the Nursing Department Study Program Management Team. This activity is part of reviewing and compiling a plan for sustainable department development.
The main agenda in this RTM includes discussing and compiling a survey instrument to assess the understanding and implementation of the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Targets (VMTS) of the Nursing Department academic community. This survey is designed to gather input from the academic community to ensure the involvement and alignment of all elements towards the direction of institutional development. The survey is designed as a basis for updating the 2025 VMTS with the survey targets aimed at Lecturers, Students, Alumni, Education Personnel and other Stakeholders.
In addition, the meeting also discussed the preparation of the Work Reference Framework (KAK) for workshop activities for compiling and updating VMTS documents and curriculum. According to the plan, the workshop will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the Merce Building, FK UPNVJ. The workshop is planned as a collaborative forum to adjust the direction of academic policy with the dynamics of the development of nursing science, community needs, and national policies.
Through the implementation of this RTM, the Nursing Department shows its commitment to maintaining the quality of education that is focused, responsive, and oriented towards achieving the institution's strategic goals.
As a follow-up plan, a survey questionnaire will be distributed to lecturers, students, alumni, education personnel and other stakeholders as well as the finalization of the implementation of the workshop carried out by the activity implementation team [RD].
